Your account

Provide accurate details and keep your sign-in information secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use the service to create fraudulent bookings or interfere with another person’s appointments.

Bookings and services

A booking is confirmed only when the platform shows it as confirmed. Services are provided by the venue you select. Descriptions, prices, professional availability and venue policies are set by that business.

Changes and cancellations

You can request changes or cancellations through your account. Available changes depend on the venue’s schedule and policies. Contact the venue directly with questions about late arrivals, cancellation fees or treatment suitability.

Payments

Prices are displayed in the venue’s currency. Pay-at-venue bookings are paid directly to the business. Online payments are processed securely by the payment provider, and refunds depend on the venue’s policy and applicable law.

For businesses

Businesses must keep their listings accurate, honour confirmed appointments and handle client information responsibly. You must have the necessary rights, licences and permissions to offer listed services and upload content.

Using Spotly fairly

Do not post misleading information, infringe intellectual property or attempt to gain unauthorised access. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
